We are working with a leading European retail group's IT division, responsible for all IT aspects of their operations across multiple countries, ensuring seamless shopping experiences and robust digital processes. This organization comprises hundreds of skilled professionals dedicated to innovation and efficiency in the retail sector.

The Role

- Ensure stable IT operations at various locations, including shopping centers, branch offices, and production sites around Graz
- Analyze and resolve issues with office systems, networks, printers, and other office and logistics IT equipment
- Perform installations, rollouts, and commissioning of new hardware and systems on-site
- Process incidents and service requests up to 2nd level and document them in the ticketing system
- Identify recurring error patterns and actively contribute to improvement measures
- Participate in on-call duty rotation with colleagues (including on-call allowance)

What You'll Need

- Completed IT education (apprenticeship, HTL, FH) or equivalent qualification acquired through relevant professional experience
- Ideally, experience in IT support or technical field service
- Solid understanding of operating systems, network technology, and IT infrastructure, along with an interest in organizational and administrative IT tasks
- Structured work approach, analytical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills for collaborating with service owners, 1st level support, internal stakeholders, and external partners
- Driving license B and willingness to travel within the Styria and South Burgenland regions (up to 30%)
- Fluent German spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
