We are working with a leading retail company in Austria that manages the entire IT landscape for a prominent group spanning multiple European countries and numerous store locations. They focus on delivering a seamless shopping experience for customers and robust digital business processes behind the scenes.

The Role

- Manage and ensure the stable operation and continued development of Talent Management platforms (ATS Avature & LMS Totara)
- Advise departments in Talent Acquisition and Personnel Development, and implement requirements with internal and external partners
- Actively drive international HR-IT projects from requirements analysis through implementation and testing to go-live and operational handover
- Coordinate external service providers and implementation partners, ensuring collaboration between business and IT
- Integrate systems and interfaces into the international HCM landscape and further develop digital HR processes and user experiences along the employee lifecycle

What You'll Need

- Completed IT-related education (apprenticeship, HTL, FH, or university) in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience with ATS and LMS solutions, as well as in recruiting or HR-IT projects; experience with Avature, Totara, and/or SAP HCM is an advantage
- Profound understanding of recruiting and personnel development processes from a functional, systemic, and procedural perspective
- Strong technical and analytical mindset, as well as high personal responsibility and implementation strength to analyze requirements structurally and translate them into viable solutions
- Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and excellent German and English skills for collaboration with departments, IT, and external partners
