**THE TEAM**

The Talent & Culture team is dedicated to creating an exceptional associate experience throughout the entire employee journey. From recruitment and onboarding to training, engagement, and development, the team plays a vital role in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting the growth of our associates. Working closely with all departments across the resort, the team helps bring Rosewood's values, culture, and people strategy to life.

**YOUR ROLE**

As Talent & Development Assistant, you will support the Talent & Culture team in delivering impactful learning, development, and engagement initiatives across the hotel. You will help coordinate training programs, maintain learning records, support recruitment and onboarding activities, and contribute to creating a positive and inspiring associate experience.

Through your organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for people development, you will help ensure that every associate has access to meaningful opportunities for growth and success.

**HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE**

- Coordinate and support the planning and execution of training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
- Maintain training records, learning databases, attendance records, and compliance documentation.
- Support the onboarding process and ensure new associates receive a welcoming and engaging introduction to Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.
- Assist with the administration and coordination of recruitment activities, interviews, and candidate communication.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, events, and wellbeing activities.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, reports, and communication content.
- Monitor mandatory training completion and support departmental compliance with learning requirements.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify development opportunities and support learning needs.
- Assist in coordinating leadership development programs, internships, and succession planning initiatives.
- Support internal communication efforts to promote learning opportunities and Talent & Culture initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of associate information and documentation at all times.
- Uphold Rosewood standards and contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.

**COULD THIS BE YOU?**

- Previous experience in Human Resources, Talent Development, Learning & Development, Hospitality, or Administration is preferred.
- Passionate about people, learning, and creating positive associate experiences.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and professional approach.
- Comfortable preparing reports, presentations, and training materials.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently while building strong relationships across all departments.
- Excellent English language skills; German language skills are an advantage.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to support the growth of others.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
