Store & Receiving Clerk (all genders)

**Your profile:**

- You have completed vocational training or gained professional experience in a similar role, ideally within hospitality, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- You demonstrate a hands-on attitude and work in a structured and independent manner.
- You possess strong organizational skills and pay close attention to detail.
- You have a strong sense of quality, hygiene, and responsibility.
- You enjoy working as part of a team and collaborating with various departments.
- Experience with inventory management or purchasing systems is considered an advantage.
- You are physically fit and comfortable working in a dynamic hotel environment.



**Your tasks:**

- You receive and inspect all incoming deliveries to ensure quantities, quality standards, and hygiene requirements are met.
- You verify deliveries against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
- You manage and follow up on returned goods and handle any delivery discrepancies.
- You coordinate storeroom logistics and ensure the timely distribution of goods to the respective hotel departments.
- You ensure the proper storage and organization of goods while maintaining cleanliness, order, and safety in all storage areas.
- You act as the main point of contact for all hotel departments regarding receiving, storage, and issuing of goods.
- You communicate and coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery discrepancies and claims.
- You support inventory counts and stock control activities.
- You continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures within the Store & Receiving area.
- You work closely with Purchasing, Cost Control, and the hotel's operational departments.

The collective agreement minimum gross salary for this position, based on full-time employment and in accordance with the Austrian Collective Agreement for Employees in the Hotel and Catering Industry, is EUR 2,153 gross per month. A higher salary is possible and will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and the overall profile of the successful candidate.
