Senior Software Engineer

Your Mission



- Building and maintaining the core banking system and Internet acquiring service within a financial ecosystem
- Participating in product architecture design: proposing and implementing technical solutions, reviewing system design decisions
- Optimizing database queries and ensuring efficient data synchronization, transmission, and processing
- Implementing new business logic across microservices
- Working with metrics: integrating observability tools, optimizing performance, and monitoring system health in production.

What Makes You a Great Fit



- 4-5+ years of professional backend development experience, with a strong understanding of backend architecture and engineering principles
- Experience with or strong interest in working with Go, with a willingness to use it as a primary backend language in a production environment
- Strong understanding of concurrent and multithreaded programming
- Solid SQL skills and hands-on experience with relational databases in production
- Proven experience designing and maintaining microservice architectures
- Strong grasp of software design principles: SOA, SOLID, KISS, DRY
- Familiarity with Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Readiness to take ownership of architectural decisions and drive them to implementation
- Experience in fintech is a plus, but not required
- Fluent Russian and at least B1+ English level (written and spoken).
