(Senior) Cloud Engineer (m/f/d)

With focus on open source and cloud technologies we enable our customers to successfully introduce and implement new data-driven solutions and to optimise already existing processes and products while simultaneously adapting to cloud technologies

**Tasks**

Use your DevOps know-how and work closely with our customers to help them assess and solve their most relevant pain points!

- Design, implement, and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline the software development lifecycle.
- Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to provision, configure, and manage cloud and on-premise infrastructure efficiently.
- Set up and maintain monitoring and logging systems to ensure system reliability, performance, and quick issue resolution.
- Facilitate collaboration between development, operations, and other teams to align processes and ensure smooth project delivery
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards throughout the development and deployment process.

**Qualifications:**

- We are looking forward to your completed studies in computer science, mathematics, physics or comparable
- Fluent in at least one of the following **programming languages**: Python, Go, Bash/Shell, Ruby
- An extensive experience **containerization and orchestration** **technologies:**Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, OpenShift
- A hands-on experience with **configuration management tools**: Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc.
- An extensive experience of working with version control tools, such as **Git** and **CI/CD** Pipelines
- An extensive experience of working with **infrastructure as code (IaC)**: Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager (ARM)
- Experience with major cloud providers, such as **AWS** or **Azure**
- Experience with **monitoring and logging**: Prometheus/Grafana, Splunk, Datadog
- Experience with agile development concepts like Scrum
- Excellent **German** skills, good **English** skills, and willingness to travel if required by the project
