Safeguards Analyst / IAEA or Euratom Inspector

**Role Responsibilities**

- Write challenging single-turn prompts in the nuclear materials domain, labeled as benign, dual-use, and adversarial.
- Evaluate AI model responses against a defined policy standard and judge correctness.
- Write reference answers, detailing correct responses and the technical reasoning behind them.
- Collaborate with experts to ensure models accurately judge misuse potential without failing routine questions.
- Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI model performance in nuclear safeguards.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while enhancing AI model judgment.

**Qualifications**
**Must-Have**

- Experience as an IAEA, Euratom, or state-system (SSAC/RSAC) inspector.
- Expertise in material accountancy, including facility declarations and MUF evaluation.
- Knowledge of Additional Protocol implementation and safeguards instrumentation.
- Strong technical writing skills with prior experience in published research or expert witness roles.
