Junior RF Automation Engineer (NFC) (m/f/d)

**Your Responsibilities:**

- Develop automation solutions for **RF validation and compliance testing** across ISO/IEC, NFC Forum, and EMVCo
- Use **AI-powered development tools and LLMs such as Claude** to accelerate engineering workflows
- Develop and enhance **test and measurement systems using Python and C#**
- Apply **AI-driven data analytics** to generate insights and automated reports
- Automate testing and analysis to improve **efficiency, quality, and test coverage**
- Enhance contactless test systems with **new features, diagnostics, and intelligent automation**
- Collaborate with **global engineering teams** on validation, automation, and AI-enabled testing

**Your Profile:**

- Master’s degree in **Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Communications, Computer Science**, or similar
- Good **Python and C# skills**, plus experience with Git, Jira, and Jenkins
- Experience with, or motivation to learn, **AI-assisted software development and AI technologies** for test automation, data analysis, anomaly detection, and report generation
- Knowledge of **digital and RF communication systems** is an advantage
- Strong **analytical, organizational, documentation, and English communication skills**
