Tasks

- Telephone and written support for new and existing customers

- Handling customer inquiries as well as preparing and following up on quotations

- Order management: entry, verification, and processing of orders

- Clarification of delivery and payment terms and preparation of order confirmations

- Close cooperation with the field sales team, including coordination of appointments and customer visits

- Support of the sales team with administrative and sales-related activities

- Coordination of projects and internal interfaces

- Maintenance of customer data and documentation in the CRM system

Requirements

- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification

- Initial professional experience in inside sales or a strong interest in sales

- Strong communication skills, a friendly manner, and enjoyment in working with people

- High level of motivation and commitment, with an independent and well-structured working style

- Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems

- Very good command of German and good English skills for international collaboration

- Team spirit and openness to taking on new tasks
