This position is a part-time contract between 10 hours to 20 hours per week - starting from 4th of December 2026 to 18th of April 2027.🎯 Role: As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the immaculate presentation of our luxury properties and creating a warm, welcoming environment for our guests. Working independently or as part of a team, you will ensure that chalets meet our high standards of cleanliness and comfort every day.This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with high attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for service in a luxury environment. ✨ Responsibilities:Daily Housekeeping & Chalet MaintenanceClean and maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas to the highest standardCarry out daily tidy-ups and deep cleans on arrival/departure daysChange bed linen and towels regularly, ensuring a crisp and fresh presentationMaintain cleanliness of staff areas where applicable Laundry & Linen ManagementManage in-chalet laundry duties, including guest items (where applicable)Monitor and restock linen, towels, robes, and amenitiesEnsure all laundry is presented and stored correctly Hygiene & SafetyFollow strict hygiene and safety protocols for cleaning, laundry, and product useKeep housekeeping storage areas clean and organisedReport any accidents or hazards immediately to management ⚠️ Schedules & specificities: Bramble Ski operates under the CCNT (Swiss hospitality collective agreement). Due to operational requirements, work on Saturdays and Sundays is expected, particularly during high season.Schedules are organized on a rotating basis and shared at least one week in advance in coordination with the resort team, in line with CCNT working time and rest period regulations.Overtime is managed in accordance with CCNT rules and compensated either through time off in lieu or payment, as applicable.All scheduling and compensation practices must remain fully compliant with CCNT requirements, and adjustments will be made where necessary to ensure compliance.🔍 Ideal Candidate:Required skills & experience:Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in professional housekeeping, ideally in luxury hospitalityHigh attention to detail and pride in maintaining pristine environmentsDiscreet, respectful, and guest-focused, with strong time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysically fit and comfortable with manual tasks and repetitive routinesBasic English; French or German is a plusFlexible, reliable, and positive attitude 🎉 Team Events : You will have the opportunity to participate in company-organised team events during the season.Please see the full vacancy for the benefits offered by Le Collectionist.
