**Your Tasks**

- Develop, implement, and maintain the technical components of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system to meet business requirements
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other business applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into effective solutions
- Provide 2nd line support, monitor and maintain system performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 technologies and best practices

**Your Profile**

- Profound experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Proficient in CRM configuration, including workflows, user setup, data import, SQL and security configuration
- Experience with integration tools and APIs
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking in troubleshooting system and process issues; proactive approach to communication and teamwork
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

**Minimum Salary:**
Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 46,781.00.
