**What you will be doing?**

• Design and evolve
**enterprise-wide data models and architecture standards**

• Establish consistent approaches for structuring, managing, and governing business-critical data

• Act as the central link between business stakeholders, Data Engineers, BI teams, and solution architects

• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable data structures and technical concepts

• Define modeling guidelines, best practices, and architectural principles across multiple business units

• Drive decisions around data structures, integrations, and system interactions

💪
**Ideal profile looks like this:**

•
**5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Architect, Data Modeler, or similar senior data-focused role**

• Fluent
**English and German**
(minimum B2 German)

• Deep practical expertise in
**data modeling**
, including designing complex relational data structures

• Strong understanding of
**enterprise data architecture, data flows, and system integrations**

• Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, or comparable technologies.

• Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership in complex environments

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
