Clinical Embryologist (m/f/d) | IVF Laboratory

**ReproCreate Kinderwunschklinik Graz**
is an established, family-owned private fertility clinic located in Graz, Austria’s second-largest city. Our clinic is an official contractual partner of the Austrian IVF Fund, dedicated to high-standard patient care and modern reproductive medicine.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced
**Clinical Embryologist (m/f/d)**
to strengthen our IVF laboratory team.

**Your Responsibilities**

- Independent execution of routine IVF laboratory procedures (IVF, ICSI, vitrification of embryos and gametes, warming, and embryo transfer preparation).
- Assessment, scoring, and grading of fertilization and embryo development.
- Diagnostic semen analysis (spermiogram) and preparation.
- Maintenance of laboratory equipment, quality control, and legal documentation in compliance with Austrian standards.
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with our medical and clinical staff.

**Your Profile**

- Completed professional qualification/degree in life sciences, biology, or clinical embryology.
- At least 1 year of practical experience in a clinical IVF laboratory.
- Ability to work independently, precisely, and responsibly in a cleanroom laboratory environment.
- **EU/EEA citizenship or an existing, unrestricted Austrian work permit is mandatory.**

- English proficiency at C1 level; knowledge of German or readiness to acquire language skills is an advantage.
- Empathetic communication and a strong team spirit.

**Compensation & Legal Notice (Austrian GlBG)**
We offer a starting gross salary of
**€ 2,880 gross per month**
for
**32.5 hours/week**
, paid
**14 times per year**
in accordance with Austrian statutory labor law (including 13th and 14th monthly salaries). Willingness to offer higher compensation based on specific qualifications and professional background.
