- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian, Continental, dishes according to the menu and quality standards
- Plan and design menus, including seasonal and special offerings
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely and consistent manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Control food costs and minimize waste
- Inspect ingredients for quality and freshness
## Desired Candidate Profile
- Creativity in menu planning and presentation
- Minimum 7 yrs of Chef experience required.
- Ability to handle pressure during busy hours
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
