**Role Description**
The Austria Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote, contract opportunity for an entrepreneurial partner to establish and grow Lingua Learn’s presence in Austria. Day-to-day activities include managing local marketing and sales initiatives, building relationships with individual and corporate clients, and overseeing the delivery of online language training using Lingua Learn’s platforms and course materials. The partner will coordinate with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team, handle basic operational and administrative tasks, and ensure high-quality learner experiences. Responsibilities also involve monitoring market trends, optimizing pricing and offerings for the Austrian market, and recruiting or coordinating trainers where needed from the global teacher network. The role offers flexibility and autonomy while leveraging Lingua Learn’s established systems, brand, and international support structure.

**Qualifications**

- Strong Communication and Writing skills to effectively engage learners, corporate clients, and stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to understand the Austrian market, identify growth opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.
- Training experience or ability to oversee training delivery and support instructors in maintaining quality standards.
- Background in education, language services, or franchise/business management is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working remotely, with solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages, particularly German, are a strong advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity to invest time and resources into building a local franchise presence.
