**Role Description**
The Austria Online Language School Franchise Partner will operate and grow a virtual language training hub under the Lingua Learn brand. This contract, remote role involves managing day-to-day online school operations, including coordinating language courses, overseeing instructor performance, and ensuring a high-quality learner experience. The partner will handle local marketing and business development activities to attract individual learners and corporate clients, as well as monitor performance metrics and learner feedback. Responsibilities include adapting Lingua Learn’s programs to the Austrian market, maintaining compliance with brand standards, and participating in regular training and support sessions with the central Lingua Learn team. The partner will work independently while collaborating closely with Lingua Learn’s international network to share insights and best practices.

**Qualifications**

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to engage learners, corporate clients, and instructors effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research skills to understand local market trends and optimize program offerings.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding and quality development of teaching staff and to promote effective learning practices.
- Experience in education, language training, or EdTech operations is beneficial.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, business development experience, and ability to manage remote teams are advantageous.
- Fluency in English and at least one widely spoken language in Austria, along with strong digital literacy and comfort with online platforms, is preferred.
- Prior experience working in a remote or franchise environment and understanding of the Austrian market are considered assets.
