20 Hotel receptionsts (ID-110605)

CONTRACT TYPE:
**SEASONAL**
PLACE OF WORK:
**AUSTRIA (different hotels in Tyrol and Vorarlberg)**
You will be working in one of the hotels currently hiring receptionist in Tyrol and Vorarlberg.



- Check-in/Check-out: managing guest arrivals and departures
- Bookings: managing bookings and responding to enquiries
- Guest services: providing information about the hotel and local attractions
- Payment processing: handling cash, credit card transactions and invoicing
- Room allocation: allocating rooms based on availability and guest preferences
- Communication: answering telephone calls and emails
- Problem-solving: dealing promptly with guest complaints or concerns
- Record-keeping: maintaining accurate records of guests and transactions
- Security checks: ensuring the safety of the hotel and its guests

**IDEAL PROFILE:**

- English and German B2+ level is mandatory
- Up to 1 year previous experience
- Being motivated, precise, friendly.

**HOURS**
**AND COLLECTIVE**
**AGREEMENT**
: Full time , Gastronomy CCNL , 40/48 hours per week, 5/6 days per week.


**SALARY:**
Between 2.330 and 2563 € gross per month. Free meals and accomodation.
