Volare Vitae is looking for a
**Ticketing / Airfare Specialist**
to strengthen our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong GDS and fare expertise who can ensure accuracy, efficiency, and technical excellence in airline bookings and ticketing operations.
**What you’ll do**
- Issue, reissue, and amend airline tickets accurately and efficiently
- Handle fare calculations, routing logic, and ticketing deadlines
- Apply fare rules and airline policies to changes, cancellations, and rebookings
- Manage complex itineraries and booking updates in Amadeus
- Verify reservation accuracy, ticket conditions, and booking compliance
- Support travel consultants with technical ticketing expertise on more complex cases
- Monitor schedule changes and ensure timely corrective action when needed
**Who you are**
- Highly detail-oriented, structured, and precise in your work
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A strong communicator in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Proven experience in airfare, ticketing, and travel operations
- Advanced knowledge of Amadeus; accreditation is strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of fare rules, airline policies, and ticketing procedures
- Confident handling reissues, exchanges, and complex flight changes with accuracy and speed
- Able to work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of quality
