**Job Summary**
We are seeking an expert Technical Lead to join our customer's team and drive innovation on a cutting-edge AI agent project. In this role, you will leverage your deep hands-on coding expertise to guide the design, development, and training of AI models. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely with a dynamic, collaborative team on impactful technology initiatives.


**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead technical direction and architectural decisions for AI agent development using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize scalable AI solutions.
- Write high-quality, production-level code in React, Python, Node.js, PHP, .NET, C#, or C++.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
- Develop, evaluate, and iterate on AI model training processes to enhance performance and accuracy.
- Ensure clear, concise, and effective written and verbal communication within the team and with stakeholders.
- Continuously research emerging trends in AI and software development to recommend improvements and drive innovation.

**Required Skills And Qualifications**

- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing with React, Python, Node.js, PHP, .NET, C#, or C++.
- Proven leadership experience guiding technical teams and projects to successful delivery.
- Strong expertise in training AI models and implementing machine learning solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clarity and collaboration.
- Ability to take ownership of complex tasks and drive projects from ideation to completion.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Experience working with distributed teams and agile development methodologies.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Exposure to multiple programming languages and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Prior involvement in AI agent or similar advanced technology projects.
- Experience working on customer-facing or client-driven teams.
