**Work responsibilities for the job role:**
- Installation, support and further development of the server, client and storage infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft technologies and Linux
- Administration of the telecommunications systems
- Monitoring and troubleshooting
- Supporting the departments within the company with the use of the company IT systems
- IT material management, including procurement of hardware and software, license management and inventory
- Configuration, maintenance and monitoring of the MySQL database server
- Performance analyses and performance optimization
- Software development for the automation of work processes through the development of appropriate scripts, SQL queries and programs
**What do we expect?**
- Good written and spoken English
- Experience in client and server administration
- Expertise in the areas of Microsoft client and server operating systems (Windows Server, Windows 11, Linux), network technologies, server virtualization
- Experience in MySQL server environment, including SQL knowledge
- Programming knowledge in the area of desktop development is an advantage
- Distinct analytical process thinking, as well as a goal-oriented and structured way of working with a high degree of responsibility
- Proactive, performance, and practical orientation
- Willingness to learn, team spirit, and ability to work under pressure
