The Role

- Install, configure, and implement software solutions remotely
- Execute customer projects, including customisation and workflow design
- Provide technical support and maintain existing customer relationships via remote assistance
- Develop and maintain scripts (VB.NET Scripting)
- Perform database queries (SQL)
- Analyze and resolve technical issues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of solutions and processes

What You'll Need

- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent proficiency in VB.NET Scripting
- Experience with databases and SQL queries
- Familiarity with document workflow and output management systems (advantageous)
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken
- Independent, structured, and solutions-oriented working approach
- Enjoy direct customer interaction remotely
