**Role Description**
This full-time Senior Project Manager role, based in Austria, operates as a hybrid position, offering some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of software implementation projects, ensuring alignment with clients' objectives. Key responsibilities include planning, resource allocation, timeline management, risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, and maintaining project quality. Collaboration with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders is vital to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
**Qualifications**
- Project Management and Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects, manage teams, create plans, define scope, and track project deliverables to completion.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Strong skills in managing client relationships, facilitating discussions, and effectively communicating with diverse partners.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with GRC platforms, software implementation processes, and enterprise system integration, with a focus on cross-functional workflows.
- Problem-Solving and Risk Assessment: Experience in identifying potential issues and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
- Adaptability and Organization: Ability to work in a hybrid setting, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines under changing conditions.
- Educational Background and Certification: Degree in business management, IT, or related field; PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
