**Role Description**

This is a part-time remote role for a Senior Google Ads – Performance Marketing Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Key tasks include keyword research, budget management, monitoring campaign performance, and generating analytics reports. The role will involve coordinating with other marketing team members to align campaigns with overarching marketing goals and strategies.

**Qualifications**

- Expertise in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research and A/B testing.
- Proficiency in data analysis, performance tracking, and creating actionable reports to inform campaign improvements.
- Experience in digital marketing, including strategies for lead generation, conversion optimization, and ROI measurement.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote, part-time capacity.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to stay updated on Google Ads trends and algorithm changes.
- Certification in Google Ads or similar qualifications are a plus.
