We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced BIM Manager / Specialist. As a BIM Specialist you will be responsible for the BIM implementation across a project according to Exyte standards and AIA (client information requirements).
We are looking for an Senior BIM Manager (m/f/d) to join us at the earliest possible date at our location in Vienna.
**Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities**
- Developing and documenting BIM standards
- Creating, updating and updating project BAPs
- Monitoring BIM quality throughout the project and ensuring that information management processes are adhered to
- Coordinate technical teams and subcontractors on BIM activities and the regular exchange of models
- Tracking new technologies, tools and processes to continuously improve the working method
- Participate in strategic discussions with suppliers and Exyte's global BIM group
**Show Your Expertise**
- Several years of experience in a BIM position - as Senior or Lead
- Proficiency with BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud). Plant 3D knowledge is a plus
- Complete understanding of BIM methodology as outlined in ISO 19560 standards
- Understanding of IFC schema and IFC import and export requirements for Revit
- Strong communication skills, initiative and a problem-solving attitude
- Fluent in German and English
