**About the Role**
Our client is a global industrial leader operating in over 100 countries, known for its advanced manufacturing footprint and commitment to driving digital innovation across its factories and supply chain. They are currently undergoing one of the most significant ERP and operational technology transformations in their industry to modernize systems, improve efficiency, and enable next-generation operations.
We are looking **Regional Technical Process Owner (rTPO)** to support a major, multi-year digital transformation program modernizing core ERP, manufacturing, and operational technologies across Europe. This role is central to ensuring technical consistency, smooth deployment, and high-quality integration as the organization transitions to SAP S/4HANA and complementary Best-of-Breed (BoB) applications.
The rTPO acts as a key technical bridge between Business Process Owners, Functional Experts, and Digital implementation teams—shaping solutions, guiding deployments, and ensuring the stability of both new and legacy systems throughout the transformation journey.
**Location: Hybrid model based in Budapest, Hungary (first 100% onsite, later 2-3 days/week)**
**Contract: Long-term contract (no benefits, medical, PTO...)**
**Mandatory experience:**
- **SAP PP (Production Planning, MRP, Planning Strategy)**
**Responsibilities**
- Regional expert for SAP PP: MRP, planning strategy, BOMs, routings, work centers, scheduling.
- Support procurement–planning interactions (MM/PP): purchasing, reservations, MRP lists, supply planning.
- Lead workshops for planning processes across make-to-stock, make-to-order, and mixed strategies.
- Validate integration with MM, QM, PM, SD, and manufacturing execution systems.
- Support testing cycles (E2E planning → production), master data migration, and production readiness.
- Guide planning Key Users and support change management.

- **SAP PP (Production Planning, MRP, Planning Strategy)**
**Technical & Professional Requirements**
- Strong SAP PP experience in MRP, planning strategy, and production master data.
- Experience with planning in discrete/repetitive manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of MM/PP integration (procurement + planning).
- Experience with S/4 deployments and migration of PP master data.
