Your Role

As a
**sales agent,**
your core responsibility is
**customer acquisition**
. You will actively approach local businesses in Vienna, introduce RiderX, and
**convince them to become RiderX customers**
and use our delivery services. After a successful acquisition, you will support the onboarding process.

Your Responsibilities

- Actively approach local businesses in Vienna (on-site), including:
- Print shops
- Retail stores
- Restaurants and cafés
- Other local service-based businesses
- Present RiderX’s delivery services clearly and convincingly
- **Acquire new business customers and close partnerships**
- Convert interested businesses into active RiderX customers
- Support merchants during onboarding after acquisition
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with business owners
- Coordinate with the RiderX operations team

Your Profile

- **Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer acquisition**
- Strong interest in field sales and business development
- Confident, persuasive, and communicative personality
- Independent, reliable, and structured working style
- **German language skills at C1 level (required)**
- Good knowledge of Vienna’s local business landscape is a plus
