**Sachbearbeiter Auftragsbearbeitung & telefonische Kundenbetreuung (m/w/d).**
**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung des Auftragseingangs
- Telefonische Kunden- und Partnerbetreuung
- Betreuung und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Geschäftspartnern
- Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen und -beschwerden
- Sicherstellung und Überwachung von Abhol- und Zustellterminen
- Planung und Organisation logistischer Prozesse für alle Warenbewegungen
- Unterstützung der Kunden bei Problemen und Fragen zu unseren Bestellprogrammen, sowie Unterstützung anderer Abteilungen
- Lagerbestandsüberwachung & allgemeine Lagerverwaltung
- Erstellung von Transport- und Gefahrgutdokumentation
**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
- Grundlegende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Sachbearbeitung oder vergleichbarer Tätigkeit von Vorteil
- Logistisches Verständnis oder Erfahrung in logistischen Abläufen von Vorteil, jedoch keine Voraussetzung
