As Electrical QA/QC Manager, you’ll take ownership of electrical quality delivery across major mission-critical projects, ensuring all installations meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and performance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead all Electrical Quality Assurance & Quality Control activities across large-scale construction projects.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Plans, Commissioning Plans, and audit frameworks.
• Conduct inspections, audits, walkdowns, installation checks, and punch list coordination.
• Oversee FATs, SATs, test/inspect documentation, and structured commissioning workflows.
• Manage handover packages, QA documentation control, and digital QA/QC reporting systems.
• Collaborate closely with electrical engineers, commissioning teams, project managers, and client representatives.
• Ensure strict compliance with client specifications, international standards, and industry QA frameworks.
🔹 Skills & Competencies
• Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail with a structured and analytical approach.
• Ability to drive quality improvements and maintain high standards across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organisational and documentation management skills in a fast-paced environment.
🔹 Education & Experience
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3+ years’ experience in QA/QC, commissioning, or electrical project engineering.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001, electrical quality processes, and commissioning methodologies.
• Experience working on data centres, pharma facilities, or large-scale electrical infrastructure projects.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.

Base Salary: Up to €100,000 +
