**Role Overview**
We are seeking a
**Marketing Strategy & Performance Manager**
to play a key role in shaping and executing integrated marketing initiatives for the Austrian market. This position involves end-to-end ownership of marketing campaigns, close collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a strong focus on performance, efficiency, and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the strategic development, execution, and evaluation of growth marketing campaigns tailored to the Austrian market
- Collaborate with Sales to design and deliver marketing initiatives that support supply growth and promotional propositions
- Act as a liaison between local teams (e.g., Sales, PR, Logistics) and global specialist functions (e.g., CRM, Performance, Product & Technology)
- Coordinate executing teams and manage campaign rollouts, ensuring high-quality and efficient delivery
- Define, monitor, and analyze performance KPIs to optimize marketing investment and return on investment (ROI)
**Required Qualifications**
- Professional working proficiency in
**English and German**
, sufficient to perform job-related duties
- Demonstrated experience in growth marketing and media buying
- Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, data-driven approach
- Excellent project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently
- Strong communication and presentation skills for effective stakeholder management
- Experience using collaboration and analytics tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, and Tableau
**Compensation**
- **Starting salary from €60,000 gross per year**
