We are looking for a **Consultant (m/f/d)** with a background in business strategy, an interest in technology, and a curiosity for identifying new opportunities to join our small, growing team. You will work in a highly ambitious environment with responsibility from day one!

#### **Responsibilities**

- Consult **global players** in their strategic decision-making
- Understand and support our **customers’ M&A strategy** and help them translate it into a **strategic search logic**
- Perform **M&A searches** mainly in English
- Learn and apply the specific **business language codes** of different industries
- Executing **business development initiatives** to identify and pursue growth opportunities for our company

#### **Requirements**

- **Professional** **experience** with M&A processes and tools
- **Completed study** of business administration, business informatics, or related studies
- Full dedication to our **customers’ success** with strong **analytical** and **communication** **skills**
- **Ambition** to work in a small and growing team and **build things from scratch**
- **Very good** knowledge of spoken and written **English**, Knowledge of German is a plus

- A **gross target salary** starting from 50.000€ / year (incl. base salary + commission)
