**IT Support Officer**
to join our team. In this role, you will provide first-level technical support to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization. You will assist users in resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues while supporting overall IT infrastructure maintenance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment
- Troubleshoot system errors, application issues, and connectivity problems
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and ensure timely resolution
- Set up user accounts, email access, and system permissions
- Perform routine system updates, checks, and maintenance
- Assist with IT asset tracking and inventory management
- Support onboarding and offboarding of employees (IT setup & access)
- Document issues, solutions, and IT support procedures

**Requirements**
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Internship or prior IT support experience is an advantage but not required
