**About the role**

We are looking for a motivated and well-rounded candidate to join our small, flexible team of ambitious corporate finance and investment professionals.  As a family office with investments in various asset classes, the role will have a wide exposure on a range of topics from real estate and renewable energy to private equities and early-stage investments.

This is an agile role where projects and responsibilities will vary based on the needs of the company.  Thus, we look for an individual who is an avid learner and thrives in taking on new challenges, has a flexible mindset, and is eager to expand their knowledge and develop new skills.

**The position is not remote and will be based in our office HQ in Vienna.**

**Core Responsibilities**

- Time efficient and professional preparation of pitches, decks and various materials such as Investment Memorandums, Meeting Protocols and other similar materials in both English and German.
- Financial analysis such as performance analysis, cash flow analysis, valuation analysis, profitability and IRR calculations and other analysis that supports decision making processes.
- Monitoring, analyzing and reporting on market trends and developments.
- Project Management – ad hoc project management from idea to execution. Potential opportunity to lead AI development project to optimize internal work flow
- Support on tracking and reporting on the performance of our portfolio companies, projects and ventures.
- Research and Due Diligence of new investment opportunities or projects including market research and financial due diligence.

**Additional Responsibilities Include**

The role has extensive opportunity to gain exposure in other areas and can include ad hoc projects and tasks such as

- Support in the preparation of transaction documents where appropriate
- Support in deal structuring and transaction management
- Relationship management with stakeholders
- Ad hoc projects

**Qualifications**

Must-have

- 3+ years experience working in Finance or Finance related role.
- Hands-on mentality, strong work ethic and a commitment to ongoing learning.
- Enthusiasm to tackle new challenges.  Analytical and flexible mindset capable of adjusting to new projects and responsibilities.
- Corporate Finance skills and understanding of structured finance transactions, financial modelling
- Diligent attention to detail and pride of work, with time efficient delivery.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with experience in drafting reports, proposals, and recommendations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent – finance, business or accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel / PowerPoint (HubSpot CRM is a plus)
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English as well as German.

Nice to have

- Experience working with AI
- Investment-oriented experiences with family offices
- Accounting or legal background
