**About This Role**
As the Head of Delivery, you will lead the strategic direction and network optimisation across the Austrian market. Reporting to the Delivery Operations Director, you will lead a high-performing Logistics team and foster collaboration with global analytics and commercial teams.
In this role, you will lead, deliver, and care by enhancing delivery services and maximising volume through data-driven excellence. You will prioritise the needs of our customers, partners, and couriers, ensuring a best-in-class experience across all delivery touchpoints.

- Lead the execution of delivery services, driving cost optimisation while balancing performance for all partners.
- Align with country service levels to maximise customer conversion and partner retention by aiming high.
- Establish standards of operational excellence and promote a culture of continuous improvement across teams.
- Drive a safety and compliance-focused culture, identifying risks and opportunities within the competitive landscape.
- Lead our courier engagement program to drive improved insights and loyalty by stepping into their shoes.
- Collaborate with partner accounts to drive best practices and support new brand partnership opportunities.
- Identify and track business risks while defining mitigation plans and assigning appropriate resources.
- Manage key cross-functional projects by working with sponsors to ensure rapid and impactful delivery.
- Empower team members to excel through continuous coaching, helping one another to succeed every day.

- Experience managing large-scale strategic programs, ideally within a fast-paced delivery or logistics context.
- A proven track record of establishing strategic excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to think "one step ahead" and see the big picture.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to simplify complexity and create clarity.

- Success in driving operational targets and managing budgets in a digital-first environment.
- A willingness to work outside regular hours on an exception basis to support our partners and people.
