Position: FX Sales Trainee Conversion German Speaking

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

- Contact potential clients and convert leads into active trading customers
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships to support retention and loyalty
- Apply sales techniques to maximise client acquisition and trading volume
- Educate clients on trading platforms, financial products, and market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience
- Support client onboarding and guide users through the FX trading journey
- Drive revenue growth through active sales and conversion activities
- Maintain professional communication with clients across all touchpoints.

**REQUIREMENTS:**

- Fluent German C1
- Proven sales experience in any industry (FX, finance, or high-performance sales preferred)
- strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven, ambitious, and performance-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Strong willingness to learn and develop sales expertise
- Experience in FX (not mandatory), financial services, or trading environments
- Understanding of financial markets and trading platforms
- Experience in outbound sales or lead conversion roles
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
