**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist customers with inquiries related to sports betting, including account management, betting options, and promotions via phone, email, and live chat in German
- Provide guidance on using the sports betting platform and explain features, odds, and betting rules
- Handle complaints and resolve issues with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and promote responsible betting
- Stay informed about sports events, betting trends, and platform updates to provide relevant information to customers
**Requirements**
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the gaming or sports betting industry
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Passion for sports and knowledge of various sports events and betting terminology
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-centric approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary
