**About The Role**
In this role, you will serve as a strategic sales partner to German businesses, guiding them in improving their digital advertising performance. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth, meeting sales objectives, and helping expand the client portfolio across the EMEA region.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and execute tailored digital advertising strategies to support client goals.
- Deliver data-backed insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance and ROI.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through phone, video, and email communication.
- Consistently achieve sales targets while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**
- Native or fluent German (minimum C1) and good command of English.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience (6–12 months) in digital advertising, PPC, or sales is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and digital technologies.
- Authorized to work in Spain
**Compensation & Benefits**
- Competitive annual salary ranging from €24,310 to €30,000 (depending on experience).
- Performance-based sales bonus of up to €3,000–€4,290 per year.
- Relocation support including flight, one month of accommodation, and assistance with private health insurance.
- Full-time, permanent contract (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday).
