**Energy Customer Service Engineer**
**Vienna, Austria**
**What You’ll Be Doing:**
- Responsible for level 1 technical support, provide solution to customer via email, phone and other channels
- Output customer issue analysis report, improve customers’ satisfaction
- Onsite support for major or critical problems
**What We’re Looking For:**
- Education: Technical University degree (electrical/power/electronics…etc.)
- Graduate in 2025/2026 or 2027
- Ability to cooperate and work with peoples from different cultures
- Preferable 1-year customer support experience
- Fluent in English and German
- Good customer communication skills
- Know the basic MS office product (excel, words..etc)
- Ability to travel.
- Being interested / motivated to learn about renewable energy
- Power system or renewable energy industry related experience will be a plus
