**About The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide high-quality support to Czech-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You'll work remotely from Greece while collaborating with an international team committed to service excellence.


**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide professional customer support in Czech via various communication channels.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently and accurately.
- Deliver excellent customer experiences while meeting quality standards.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Work independently while contributing to team objectives.

**What We're Looking For**

- Fluent or native-level Czech.
- Good command of English.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work remotely from Greece.
- Candidates relocating from abroad must be available in Athens seven days before their start date to complete the hiring process.

Salary & Benefits



- Gross Salary: €1,200 per month

Relocation Support


If you're relocating to Greece, you'll receive:



- Hotel accommodation for the first 3 weeks upon arrival.
- Up to €300 relocation support (initial payment).
- Assistance with hiring documentation and administrative procedures.
- Support throughout your relocation process.

**Working Schedule**

- 40-hour work week. Monday to Sunday with rotational shifts between 08:00 and 00:00.

**Important Information**

- Candidates relocating from abroad are required to work onsite for the first 3 months, unless they already have permanent accommodation in Greece and a confirmed internet connection suitable for remote work.
- Candidates living outside Athens may receive accommodation during the training period before returning to work remotely from their home location within Greece.
