**About The Role**
We are looking for a
**Customer Support Representative**
fluent in
**Slovenian and English**
to join our on-site team in
**Sofia**
. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a structured environment, are customer-oriented, and are open to relocation.
Working Schedule
- Monday to Saturday: 09:00 – 23:00
- Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00
- Rotational shifts
**Requirements**
- Native or near-native level of Slovenian
- B2 level of English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site in Sofia
- Relocation candidates are welcome and will be considered
Salary & Benefits
- Gross salary: 3700 BGN
- Monthly transportation/internet allowance: 50 BGN net (in addition to salary)
- Additional pay for night shifts (if applicable)

Relocation Support
