We continuously provide services in the area of customer service and are looking for you who want to develop in this area. You will be employed as a consultant at Bravura and work in customer service at one of our customers. The assignment is full-time and the length of the assignment is based on the company's needs. By applying for this position, you will be matched with vacant assignments that may fit your profile. Examples of current industries that the assignments apply to are logistics, transport and telecom.

Job duties

As a customer service employee at our customers, you are responsible for handling and administering incoming cases via telephone and email. Your job task is to find the right solution for the customer and you then administer the cases in business systems. You work together with colleagues in the same role as you, where collaboration is a large part of your work. The role may also include sales in the form of upselling. You will be offered an introduction to create an understanding of the company's working methods and systems.

Education, experience and personal qualities
Completed secondary education
You speak and write fluently in Swedish and you have good knowledge of English.
Previous work experience in customer service or other customer-facing roles is an advantage
