To strengthen our commercial team, we are currently looking for

with focus on the following segments:

- ***Cluster Sales Manager – US & Canada Market***
What will I be doing?
As
**Cluster Sales Manager**
, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic accounts, driving revenue growth, and strengthening Hilton’s market position across the Vienna Cluster.
Depending on the role focus (MICE, Corporate/Transient, or US & Canada), key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing
**key accounts and strategic partnerships**
within the assigned market segment
- Driving revenue generation through
**proactive sales activities, client engagement, and market development**
- **Identifying new business opportunities and expanding Hilton’s corporate, group, and transient customer base**
- **Preparing and managing RFP processes and contract negotiations**
- **Representing Hilton Vienna at industry events, networking opportunities, and international trade shows**
- **Conducting client visits, site inspections, and sales missions**
- **Collaborating closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, Operations, and the wider Commercial Team**
- **Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and demand patterns to ensure strong commercial positioning**
- **Utilizing Hilton commercial platforms and CRM tools to analyze performance and identify growth opportunities**
- **Preparing and presenting insights in Business Focus Meetings (BFM)**
and
**Commercial Focus Meetings (CFM)**
Segment Focus
**Cluster Sales Manager – MICE**
- Drive group and event business including
**Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions**
- **Develop relationships with event planners, agencies, and corporate meeting buyers**
- **Promote Hilton Vienna Cluster as a leading destination for international conferences and events**
**Cluster Sales Manager – Corporate & Transient**
- Manage and grow
**corporate negotiated accounts, SME clients, and consortia partners**
- **Lead the corporate RFP process**
and optimize account performance across the cluster
- Strengthen Hilton’s presence in the
**individual business travel segment**
**Cluster Sales Manager – US & Canada**
- Develop and grow business opportunities within the
**North American market**
- **Maintain relationships with US and Canadian travel agencies, corporate buyers, and travel management companies**
- **Represent Hilton Vienna Cluster in international sales missions and trade events**
What are we looking for?
A
**Cluster Sales Manager**

**To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:**
- Proven experience in
**sales, account management, or business development**
, preferably within the
**hospitality or MICE industry**
- **Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills**
- **Excellent communication and presentation abilities**
- **Strong commercial mindset and analytical thinking**
- **Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment**
- **Experience working with CRM systems and commercial sales tools**
- **Fluency in English**

**German is highly preferred**
, additional languages are an advantage
- Knowledge of the
**North American travel market**
is a strong plus for the US & Canada role
- Bachelor’s degree in
**Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field**

- **Valid EU / Austrian work and residence permit**
with unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market

(hotel sales experience beneficial but not mandatory)
- **Team player**
