- Responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly in the patisserie
- Responsible for designing desserts for the menus
- Preparing a variety of desserts for set menus, buffets and à la carte dishes
- Sharing responsibility for ensuring optimal production processes
- Handling food and equipment with care
- Working efficiently and cost-effectively as part of the kitchen team
- Ensuring the quality of the prepared dishes
- Compliance with hygiene and safety standards

**What You Bring**

- Completed vocational training as a chef/pastry chef
- Experience in a similar role is desirable
- Extensive product and technical knowledge
- Very good command of German
- A sense of responsibility, as well as the ability to work independently and creatively
- A team player who is punctual and able to work under pressure
- A clean, efficient and independent approach to worK
- Knowledge of HACCP guidelines
