**BingX EU's current vacancy | Full-time | Long-term | REMOTE**

**Responsibilities**

- Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (e.g. Austrian GAAP / IFRS).
- Lead month-end and year-end financial reporting processes, including journal entry adjustments, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate local tax obligations (including but not limited to customer-level withholding tax, company-level withholding tax, VAT, and CIT) and liaise with external tax advisers.
- Manage tax compliance and reporting, ensuring the timely and accurate filing of tax returns.
- Develop and implement financial workflows and procedures.
- Implement strategies to minimise errors in financial reporting and optimise resource allocation.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
- Assist with the MiCA licence application.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in financial accounting and reporting, with at least five years in a senior or equivalent role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, local accounting standards, and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Xero) and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written German and English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
